FAQ's

What is the difference between marketing and selling a home?

The “Marketing” of your home is our expertise in knowing how to establish a figure that balances maximum price with minimum time on the market. We know that buyers purchase by comparison and will make offers on competitively priced homes before they will make a low offer on an overpriced home. We also know that homes sell at market value, and that the asking price determines how long it takes to sell, not the eventual sales price. We consider “Sales” to be the promotional activities such as advertising, web exposure and other tools to bring your home to the attention of the market. Without the right “Marketing” all of the sales efforts are futile. Usually when a home doesn’t sell it’s because of poor market prediction, not lack of sales efforts. We don’t want that to happen to you.
